Acknowledgment of Risk

I voluntarily authorize Doc's TCG, owned and operated by Julius Bentley, to perform restoration and related services. I understand restoration carries inherent risks and may permanently alter or damage a trading card despite reasonable care.

No Guarantee

No guarantee is made regarding restoration results, card value, or grading outcomes from PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, or any other grading company.

Assumption of Risk

I knowingly accept all risks associated with restoration, including scratches, dents, creases, edge damage, ink or color changes, delamination, reduced grading potential, reduced value, permanent damage, or complete destruction in rare circumstances.

Release and Waiver of Liability

I release and hold harmless Julius Bentley and Doc's TCG from claims arising from restoration services, including accidental damage, changes in condition, loss of value, grading outcomes, or destruction of the submitted card(s), except where liability cannot legally be waived.

Customer Certification

I certify I own the submitted card(s) or have authorization to submit them, have read this agreement, understand the risks, and voluntarily accept these terms.
